All four sessions are open to every level. Message us before your first one so we know you're coming.
Fitness, pads, bag work and technique.
Skills and drills, circuits and bag work.
Training, and sparring for the boxers getting ready for fights.

What a session looks like
One Monday night in September, as Nick posted it the next morning: 22 two-minute rounds, then a sprint.
Running intervals
Four rounds of running intervals to warm up.
Shadow boxing
Six rounds of shadow boxing.
Interval skipping
Six rounds of skipping.
Bag work
Six rounds on the bags, with a different combination every 30 seconds.
Quayside to the seafront
A 12 to 14 minute sprint to the seafront and back, then a warm down.
Sunday
Run club and Sunday rounds
Sunday mornings are for running and steps, or rounds in the gym. New faces are always welcome.
Friday
Sparring night
Friday night is sparring night for the boxers getting ready for fights. One Friday in September was 15 two-minute rounds against five different opponents.
Kids classes
Boxing classes for children. Message us and we'll tell you when they start.
Keep-fit classes
Boxing fitness classes.
1-2-1 sessions
Training one-to-one.
Small groups
Train with friends as a small group.
Before your first session

Yes. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to boxers with fights behind them. Message us before your first session so we know you're coming.

Training kit, trainers and water. Bring gloves and wraps if you have them, and ask when you message us if you don't.

Come down and train
Send us a message first so we know you're coming. Tell us whether you've boxed before (it's fine if you haven't), then come to Quayside on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
