Train

Hard sessions, all levels

Every session mixes fitness with boxing: pad work, bag work, shadow boxing, skills and drills, and circuits. Beginners train alongside boxers with fights booked, and everyone works at their own level.

Fight

On shows across the South East

In our first season our boxers fought in Worthing, Epsom and Brighton, brought two Quest titles home in July, and sold out our first home show in October.

Community

Back where it started

Our home is Quayside Youth Centre, where Nick first walked into a boxing gym aged nine. As he said when we moved in: "We're building a community, a place where everyone is welcome and supports one another."

Before your first session

Yes. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to boxers with fights behind them. Message us before your first session so we know you're coming.

Training kit, trainers and water. Bring gloves and wraps if you have them, and ask when you message us if you don't.

At Quayside Youth Centre on Upper Kingston Lane, Southwick (BN42 4RE). The contact page has a map.

Our boxers fight on unlicensed shows, which are run outside the professional licensing system. Several of our boxers fight for Quest titles. Ask Nick if you want to know how it works before you get on a show.

Come down and train

Send us a message first so we know you're coming. Tell us whether you've boxed before (it's fine if you haven't), then come to Quayside on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
